Nate is a husband, dad, and lifelong follower of Jesus — and those three things shape everything he does.
Nate and his wife Allison are raising two energetic, loving boys, Garrett and Tristan. When he's not in ministry, you'll likely find him cheering on the Dallas Cowboys, playing video or board games, or just enjoying time with the people he loves most.
Nate's faith journey hasn't always been a straight road. He first said the "Sinner's Prayer" at 14, and while church became a real refuge during a difficult home life, he'll be the first to admit — God was part of his life back then, but not the center of it. He was living two very different lives at once. That all changed in May of 1998, when God got a hold of his heart completely. Nate finally understood that God's love was the one true constant he'd always had, and he surrendered his life fully to Christ. He hasn't looked back since.
Nate studied at Arlington Baptist College and has never stopped his passion for learning about his Lord. Through biblical study, conferences, online courses, and deep friendships with fellow believers, God continues to grow and stretch his faith. Over the past 25 years of ministry, God has developed in Nate a deep passion for walking alongside people during the seasons of life where the most lasting memories and relationships are made — because those moments matter, and so do the people living them.
